Alison Roman Pineapple Chicken

This is sooooo delicious and easy to make for a big group and you just add some white rice on the side and maybe a cucumber or celery salad to accompany it. It all gets thrown on a sheet pan so you can just toss the foil after and have minimal clean up. The chicken and pineapple get carmelized 😚 and it looks impressive but it’s easy and fairly inexpensive since ingredients are also minimal.
