Picnic Style Brie and Prosciutto Sandwich

I make this sandwich for parties or picnics and cut them into 12 small sandwiches vs what could probably be four main sandwiches using a big slab of herby focaccia or herb slab by Acme bread (local to the Bay Area) it tastes even better after the flavors meld together after 2-3 hours. The fig jam vinaigrette is so bomb!
